Ingredients
- Nelllikka - 4 nos
- Grated coconut - 300 gm
- Shallots - 4 nos
- Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
- Green chilly - 4 nos
- Curry leaves - 5 nos
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Wash and remove seeds from nellikka and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Take a blender and add nellikka pieces, grated coconut, ginger, green chillies, shallots, curry leaves and salt. Blend this for 5 minutes without adding water to it.
Step 3
Transfer this into a bowl.
Step 4
Tasty Nellikka Chammanthi is ready.
