Ingredients
- Chicken Wings - 1/2 kg
- Ginger paste - 1/4 tbsp
- Garlic paste - 1/4 tbsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Curd - 1 tsp
- Maida - 1 tbsp
- Corn flour - 5 tbsp
- Crushed oats - 5 tbsp
- Egg - 1 no
- Vegetable oil - 2 cups ( 1 cup = 250 ml )
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Wash and clean the chicken pieces.
Step 2
Take a bowl and add ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilly powder, lemon juice, curd, salt, pepper powder, 1 tbsp of maida, 1 tbsp of corn flour, egg and mix well to make a batter.
Step 3
Add chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Keep this for 2 hours.
Step 4
Take a plate and add cornflour and crushed oats.
Step 5
Take a piece of marinated chicken, add it to the corn flour and then roll it in the crushed oats.
Step 6
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces on medium heat till golden. Switch off the flame.
Step 7
Remove the chicken pieces from the oil and place it on kitchen tissue to drain.
Step 8
