Flower Omelette is an easy to cook variety recipe. Flower Omelette can be used as a starter for parties.

- Big green capsicum (Shimla mirchi) - 1 no (cut into thin round pieces)
- Eggs - 2 nos
- Onion - 1 no (chopped)
- Green chilli - 1 no (chopped)
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 2 pinch (optional)
- Salt to taste
Except capsicum, Mix well all ingredients together with egg. Heat oil in a non stick pan and place the capsicum rings on the pan.
Pour the egg mixture into capsicum rings using a spoon. Cook omelet on one side well.
Once one side is cooked flip the omelet to another side and allow to cook other side.
Now switch off the flame and serve hot flower omelette as a variety starter for the party.
