Ingredients
- Chilled Milk - 1/2 cup
- Strawberry Yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Strawberries - 1/2 cup (frozen and unsweetened)
- Ripe Banana - 1 no (chopped)
- Ice Cubes - 4 nos
- Sugar - 5 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Take a blender and add milk, strawberry yogurt, strawberries, ripe banana, ice cubes, sugar and blend it for 30 seconds or until it is smooth.
Step 2
Take a tall glass and pour this smoothie into it and serve immediately.
