Vanilla Cake – Christmas Special Cakes Recipe

- Cake Flour - 1 cup
- Powdered Sugar - 1 cup
- Baking Powder - 1 tbsp
- Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
- Eggs - 2 nos
- Vegetable Oil - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tbsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Fresh Cream - 250 gm
- Icing Sugar - 5 tbsp
Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius. Grease a baking dish.
Measure 1 cup of all purpose flour in a measuring cup. Remove 2 tbsp of flour from this cup of flour. Then add 2 tbsp of cornflour into this cup of flour. Sift this mixture 4 times to ensure even mixing of the cornflour. Now the cake flour is ready.
Sift the cake flour with baking powder and baking soda.
Take a bowl and add eggs, vegetable oil, milk, vanilla essence, powdered sugar and mix well using a wire whisk. Add cake flour into it and mix well.
Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake for 35 minutes at 180 degree Celsius. Allow it to cool for five minutes and remove it from the baking dish and let it cool completely.
Take a bowl and add fresh cream and icing sugar into it and mix well with a blender for 10 minutes. Now the cream is ready. Apply the prepared cream on top of the cake.
Tasty Vanilla Cake is ready. Decorate with gems chocolate.
