Ingredients
- Chicken sausage - 4 nos (cut into pieces)
- Onion - 2 nos (chopped)
- Garlic - 2 clove (chopped)
- Tomato sauce - 4 tsp
- Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
- Sunflower oil - 3 tsp
- Capsicum - 1 (chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Celery
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green chilly - 3 nos (chopped)
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
- Corn flour - 1/2 tbsp
- Water - 2 tsp
Method
Step 1
Cut the sausage into small pieces. In a bowl make a thick paste of corn flour and little water.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan. Add the sausage and saute till they turn brown. Add garlic, green chilly, capsicum, onion, chilly powder and saute well.
Step 3
Add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce, salt, pepper powder and mix well. Finally add corn flour paste into the mixture.
Step 4
Chilly sausage is ready.
Step 5
Serve hot after garnishing with celery. Enjoy!!!
