Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate - 250gm
  • Unsalted whole peanuts - 1 cup

Method

Step 1

Fill a small pot with water and boil it over high heat.

Step 2

Break the chocolate into chunks and melt over low heat on top of a double boiler, stirring slowly and frequently.

Step 3

When the chocolate melts, add the peanuts and stir until all nuts are covered with chocolate.

Step 4

Line a tray with plastic wrap. Alternatively you may use Parchment paper for better results.

Step 5

Spoon out the chocolate and peanuts mixture with a tablespoon onto parchment paper. And freeze it for 15 minutes, then store them in the fridge for another 30 minutes.

Step 6

Peel off the paper and place it on a plate.

Step 7
