Ingredients
First we will make the filling. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the shallots. Add red chilli powder and cooked dal to fried shallots. Add salt to taste and keep the filling aside. Beat eggs in a bowl by adding pepper powder and salt as per taste. Heat a pan. Pour 1 tbsp oil and make 2 omelettes. Place the 1/2 portion of dal filing on top of the omelette and wrap it. Like this make 2 wraps. Now our omelette wrap with moong dal stir fry is ready to serve.Method
