Pepper Chicken Recipe – പെപ്പർ ചിക്കൻ – Using Eastern Pepper Chicken Masala

Pepper Chicken Recipe

Pepper Chicken Recipe

Pepper Chicken or Kurumulaku Chicken is a simple Kerala style Chicken dry Roast. Using Eastern’s Pepper Chicken masala, it can be made either as a main dish with rice gravy or even as the perfect side dish with rice. The ideal spice blend with a mild peppery overtone to make delicious pepper chicken.

Chicken is also rich in phosphorus, an essential mineral that supports your teeth and bones, as well as kidney, liver, and central nervous system function. The protein in chicken lends itself to muscle growth and development, and help support a healthy body weight and aid weight loss.

For masala, I am using Using Eastern Pepper Chicken Masala.
