This Hot and Delicious Beef Roast is very easy to prepare with simple ingredients. Dry red chilies and shallots add a depth of flavor to this Beef Roast that makes it more delicious!

Ingredients

  • Beef - 500gm
  • Shallots - 20 nos
  • Dry red chillies - 10 nos
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander seed - 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 2 string
  • Salt to taste
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Coconut oil - 4 tsp

Method

Step 1

Clean the beef and cut it into small pieces.

Step 2

Take a pressure cooker add beef, kashmiri red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala and water. Cook this for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Grind shallots, dry red chillies and coriander seeds in a grinder.

Step 4

Heat coconut oil in a pan and add the grated mixture and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Add cooked beef into this mixture and cook for 5 more minutes.

Step 6

Finally season with pepper powder and curry leaves. The dish is ready to be served.
