Ingredients
- Orange - 2 nos ( peeled and sliced )
- Radish / മുള്ളങ്കി - 1 no ( sliced )
- Olive oil - 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Orange zest - 1 tsp
- Orange juice - 1 tbsp
- Mint leaves - 2 small sprigs
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Peel the oranges and cut them into thin slices. Grate outer peel of an orange and take 1 tsp of orange zest.
Step 2
Clean and thinly slice the radishes using a knife.
Step 3
To prepare salad dressing, take a glass jar and add olive oil, vinegar, orange juice, black pepper powder, orange zest, salt and mix well.
Step 4
Assemble the orange and radish on a plate. Pour the salad dressing over radishes and orange.
Step 5
Tasty Orange Radish Salad is ready.
