Ingredients
Dissolve gelatin in cool water in a small bowl. keep it aside for 5 minutes until gelatin softens. Meanwhile, toast pumpkin pie spice in a fry pan for 2 minutes. Stir it continuously. Reduce heat to low and pour gelatin mixture into it and cook 2 minutes more, until gelatin melts. Remove the pan from the heat and allow it to cool to room temperature. Pour pumpkin puree in a large bowl. In another large bowl, with an electric mixer on high, beat cream, sugar substitute and vanilla until soft peaks form. With a rubber spatula, slowly fold this into cooled gelatin mixture. In three additions, gently fold whipped cream mixture into pumpkin puree. Pour mousse into the glasses. Refrigerate the pumpkin mousse for 2 hours. Yummy Pumpkin Mousse is ready. Decorate the mousse with heavy cream.Method
